1. go to: Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features\turn windows features on or off
2.select telent client and telnet server from the list and click ok
3.press ctrl+r and type services.msc and hit enter
4. enable and start telnet service from the list
5. now go to: Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Administrative Tools and select computer management
6. in Local users and group select groups and then select telnetclients
7. now click on add button and then click on advanced button
8. now in new window click on find now and from the list select every one and click ok
9. open command prompt and connect to telnet server eg. telnet 117.98.173.87
