Mind Chatter.

Don’t know

What the soul has been looking for…

Or what chains

It has been trying to break…

Don’t really know…

The questions it has been trying to answer

Or the purpose

It is always in pursuit of….

What I know is that…

It is no more frustrating.

Rather a joy

When I find some simple secret

And actually marvel at my stupidity.

Don’t know…

What complications it is trying to solve…

Or the horizons

It is trying to go beyond…

Don’t really know

What destiny it runs after

Or the depths

That it tries to penetrate…

What I know is that…

I love this adventure…

I love this game of divine puzzle

Life would be so bland without it.

Don’t know

What anguish the soul is in…

Or the darkness

Always supposed to be clouding it…

Don’t really know

What we should say in prayer…

Or what paradise

Awaits our sin-less souls.

What I know is that

Anguish humbly brings us closer to ourselves.

Uniting us, with the lost pieces.

And the darkness

Was only in the minds…

The heart is never short of light…

Prayers are just to let u know

That what is that you

Want the most.

As somebody rings the temple bell

It echoes in my heart and being…

And my mind stops its useless chatter.

But my heart feels so light…

It is ready to spread its wings…

Life is so simple…

A short story, a happy end.

DOT(………….)

- Dilkash Azam, 4th Sem , Meta.

DOT in the view of different people are varied in sense. In fact this is a sort of multifarious entity. Geometry makes use of it for drawing for some stupid boxes called polygons. In our days of school we used it to join together to get the feel of a bewildering artist by making some beautiful drawings.well how could I forget the joining of DOTS to find an Ass out of the anticipation of a Horse!

But now I am much a kind of experienced man in the use of this DOT as I am a “…………” Engineering graduate and that too from N.I.T. In the same context I would like to present my DOT world of imagination.

Vanished are the days when we were the marionette to such a level that even a nada like a DOT used to drive our imagination in quite unanticipated way. Now we are at a level of perspicaciousness that is just the perfect to decide how these nada like entity has to be a behemoth. So, before going through this DOT system of article you are supposed to switch on the imaginative lobe of your top floor and comprehend it based on your “……..” experience.

How can I forget that “………..” decision of mine to take up the preparation of AIEEE which anyhow got me into NIT- YES JUST THE RIGHT PLACE TO GET YOUR DREAMS “…….”.

I was too excited to meet my “……..” young and energetic faculties who were too supportive like the cops with the quotation of May I “…..” You!.

With time I started getting some initial hard strokes of the “………” assignments and Yes I started feeling myself like an NITian good for everything but perfect for “……”only. For the whole semester we induldge our “……..” mind in every “……” creativity because we think this only makes an engineer worthy of fitting into the “………” professional life. At the end comes the badly awaited P.L. which comes in association of the “…………” sessional vivas.

Well, as you all know how cherished a kind of dream is this viva for our “………..” young and energetic faculty for they get the opportunity of proving that they too had been the part of this great “……..” B.Tech system. Now this person would “……..” you up like anything for your every “……..” logic you apply to prove yourself “………” be a part of this “………” system. And after a long mental struggle you are happy to make your face like the one “…………..” for some real big deed this system ever expected from you.

Anyhow after you get prelim certification of a “……….” And you feel like you are at the “…..” of the world. And yes you have reason for it because upcoming is a month long carnival of semester papers. But happily things do not go the way you unwillingly want it to go. And you think of how can you be put on test for a month long for no real crime you did???

And that’s how you feel like getting the best opportunity of celebrating this whole long month like a mixed fest per se you decide for every concept you hold in your mind you will compensate it with some freaking deeds. In fact this really works more than anything for casting you in the system of “……….”corporate world.

This cyclic process repeats itself after every some six month and without much of your extra effort you realize yourself being grownup into some real BIG “…………”.You feel like the whole corporate sector is frantically waiting for their only options like you. And you could actually never be wrong at least in judging the level of “DOTNESS” in you .After all you spend some really essential time of your life to get the expertise of this “………..”. This you get a good professional designation which comes as the ladder for achieving every possible heights which you leave no stone un turned .

But still there remains a helpless spirit of potential in you which for no big reason says “…………….”You could actually be far better than this “STUD OF DOTS”.

Over A Cup Of Coffee

Over a cup of coffee Mr. Kumar had just begin to relax. The rhythmic pattering of the rain drops felt good to his ears and the weather seemed very romantic to him. This was the rainy season in Mumbai, his favourite and he would give up his fortune to sit like this – feet up on an easy chair having coffee, listening to the raindrops and thinking about his special friend.

Mr. Kumar, 24, an I.T professional lived with his parents in Andheri West. Today was a Saturday and having spent the entire morning in seeing off his parents at the airport and the entire afternoon at the pizza hut with his ‘friend’, he was now enjoying this lone evening at home.

As he brought the coffee near his face to take a second sip, his smile faded away from his lips. A fly was floating in the coffee and had made it unsuitable to drink. Stupid fly, Mr. Kumar thought, this was the only place it had gotten for itself. Now, however there was no option but to make another cup for himself. Going towards the kitchen it dawned to him that there was no coffee powder left and that he would have to go to the grocery shop in the locality if he wished to have some.

Therefore taking his umbrella with him, he stepped on the street only to find himself standing in knee deep water. His determination got the better of his fear and the rapidly developing frustration; thus forcing him to wade through the water. He had gone a fair distance when suddenly he felt the ground under him give away and he stumbled into a pit. Putting in all his resources he somehow managed to come out of the hole now wet upto the chest. The rain was battering on his face now and he suddenly realized that he didn’t have his umbrella any more. He searched frantically near him for some moments but it was nowhere to be seen. Feeling as miserable as ever he dragged himself ahead.

Mr. Kumar was still abusing the BSNL guys about the pit when he reached the shop. A lightening struck him when the shopkeeper told him that he had no coffee left. With an aching heart and aching legs he somehow limped back to his door.

As soon as he returned home he rushed to the bathroom to clean himself up. It was there that he realized that in his misadventure, he had subjected his N-95 mobile to water while he was carrying it in his pocket. Also his wallet and its contents had met with a similar fate. Now out of the bathroom feeling more morose and crestfallen than ever. Mr. Kumar’s eyes fell on the cup of coffee with the fly in it. He grabbed it, picked the fly out of it, reheated it and hade made himself comfortable again- sitting feet up in his easy chair. Sipping the coffee which tasted much better to him now, he was beginning to relax and feel comfortable again; except that he was hardly able to think about his ‘friend’ now and the weather didn’t seem to be at all romantic to him.

OVER THE CUP OF COFFEE

A bright sunny day under the canvas umbrella shade, a cup of coffee encircled by my fingers and chatting to a handsome guy is what I dreamed to be an idea of a perfect date. And yes, it came true when I was sitting with Chris in Café Magic. We were there to discuss some project topic but it was a date for me as we were alone and sipping the best of coffee.

You act like a crazy when you are all alone with the guy you like and don't know how to conduct yourself. 'Am I dressed properly? Am I boring him? Am I talking silly or acting stupid?' I was questioning myself in his presence. "This project will help guys and gals to gel well with their ideas, you see" he said in a casual tone. And my mind raced with the light speed to find out the hidden meaning (if any) in his lines.

'Was he indicating something, do he feel the same for me as I feel for him?' again I started playing games with my mind. He continued to discuss the project requirements but as expected I wasn't really paying any attention, it was then I came back to my senses when he said black looks perfect on me. "Really!" this time I totally blushed on his compliment. I revolved my dry fingers on the moist coffee cup lines and the sour taste of beverage felt extremely sweet.

"So you are coming to my party, uh? He asked catching me unaware. "Party? For what?" I asked controlling my excitement. "Oh, it's just a get together kind, but I am planning to surprise Roma by proposing her." Chris replied.

Now this was not I could have heard, my whole world which I dreamt few minutes ago came crashing down and I felt like screaming at him. But all I said "good, all the best then" I don't know how I said those words. My anger finally outbursted and I rose, paid the coffee bills and left the café leaving him wondering.

After that incident I did learn, no matter with whomoever you are accompanied, do enjoy the coffee you have as it's the best thing you can bank upon.

The Blank Black, The Wise White & The Graceful Grey

Rose is red, leaf is green,

Clouds are many but Sky is blue,

Too colourful the world is and

Conscience doesn’t need any clue”

So, what’s your favourite colour? Ask this question to any person …some will say red, some blue, some will go for yellow, some will say green… you will not get one who doesn’t like colours. Fill any painting with several colours and it will, no-brainer, become colourful. Have you ever delved in your mind, “Is it really full of colours?? Is it just what it seems to be?? Or it is something else??” if you think so then its time to beguile you to something which was veneered with open eyes.

Again coming to the word “colourful”, if something is full of colours then it is not necessarily full with colours. For example, if it has the colour red, we can say that it doesn’t have any colour except red as is proved by science. The same is true for all colours. And ask anyone about the colour white, most of them would say it is colourless until it has some other colour mixed. All the colours are mingled together to give white. This is the only colour which is colorful and nothing is missing. What is the reason behind?? It is just too simple to be understood. It tells us to remain simple and enjoy the feeling of completeness as White is Wise.

Moving further, the colour black is profoundly loved by the youth in clothes and accessories. But Black is Blank. This colour is nothing, it’s a colourless colour. It is actually the absence of colour which gives black. It has nothing to show to others or in other words it digests everything coming to it and leaves nothing. It is the colour of emptiness as well as eagerness. Since it is empty enough to show you nothing and eager enough to gulp whatever it gets. It again depends on how you take.

Between the above two extremes, there exists a gap filled with the graceful colour grey. So what exactly is the colour grey???? Is it black with white mixed or is it white with black mixed?? You answer and it will again reflect your attitude. Isn’t it? Grey is graceful when it has both, White and Black perfectly combined. It is the colour which is colorful with patches of colourlessness. So relating it to human nature, it is blank as well as wise enough to understand and withstand everything.

These colours do reflect your personality upto some extent. So which kind of person you are… the blank black, the wise white or the graceful grey???

I WISH THERE WAS….

I wish there was a Singer in me,
Wishing this I started singing,
I mumbled SAaaa...
My mom said NAaaa.
Complaints grew,pleased were few,
Everyone asked,Brother KYUN?
I felt disheartened,had a cry,
If they can sing,why can't I?
Continued singing,kept on trying,
Each moment being,HORIFFYING,
Well one day It seemed,I caught melody,
I knew oh Lord,it's the remedy.
Now,
I know there is a Singer in me,
So wished there was a programmer in me,
Wishing this raised anxiety,
But wishes Friends, got me into IT.

meri awaz.........

its not just i say....its the voice of every indian against terrorism. read it and feel it..

meri awaz...

lahu bah raha hai tan se,
bah rahe ansu nayan se,
duhaai deti maa ro rokar ki,
khatam karo atank watan se.

mar jaate kuchh bekasur kahi,
fir bachche unke rote hain,
baethe hum araam se kahin,
bade chain se sote hain.

kaun samjhe wo maa ka dard,
jo bachcho k tukde uthati hai,
fir kabhi yaad karke usko,
chhupke ansu bahati hai.

kyu raas ata hume wo dar,
kyu hum chup ho jaate hain,
char din dhol baja deshbhakti ki,
panchwe din so jaate hain......

neend nahi raato me aati hai,
wo rudan ab dil ko satati hai,
kab tak yu hi chup rahoge dosto,
ki hadsa kab apna samay batati hai

soyi aag ab bhadakne lagi hai
bhuja b ab fadakne lagi hai,
bhara hai akrosh har lamhe ne,
shanti ko dharti tarasne lagi hai.

nahi ab unse darna hai,
aakhiri saans tak ladna hai,
aao hath milaye fir aaj,
ki is atank ko khatm karna hai.....

CASTLE OF DREAMS.....

Sitting back in ma castle of dreams,

when silent night, gave severe screams

went back apart, from worldly thoughts,

the pleothra of haziness, in bits and lots.

The tinkering of soul, reaching salvation,

the hubs of vigilliance, murmuring passion,

thrown apart alone, detached and devastated

the disconnections of life, so ambiguously related

in comes the glorious torch of light,

tugging all my miscocepions and herculean plight,

mingling the sadness, with hopes of sight,

plucking lavishly, the opulence of right.

The plus and minus, went on together,

the tinge of glory, the halcyon weather

reincarnation of uphill reality was rather

blossoming gaiety of nightingale feathers.

The thought provoked in fraction of line

"Umbrage of wisdom, better than Wine

is this what they call "divine"

gloomy thunders of hallucination signs,

what next for this world will be fine?

Altering Vicious circle of worldly cream,

the rise of nobelty, the morons on brim,

the blowing wind, scavenging ill surface

the humanity of mind, glittering with grace...

Diggging back came the life of gleam,

& vanished away ma castle of dreams.............

The First Rose

It was one of those fine moments,

When fascinations got the better of me…

I got myself a rose plant…

My companion, at lazy hours, to be.

Oblivious, was I then,

To the lessons, those hours would teach,

Waiting long, for just a flower to bloom,

Precious patience had just the peak to reach.

Then one fine morn, amidst the leaves,

A tiny green bud was taking a peek…

My heart overflowed with joyful kindness,

At the way, that beauty behaved so meek.

She was the princess of my heart now…

Claiming, every ounce of love in it.

I nurtured her like my own child…

But adamant, she would proudly sit.

Her shyness overwhelmed me,

Her straight refusal was making me mad,

When suddenly she braved all the odds,

And bloomed with all the youth she had.

Fair and red, epitome of love,

She unfurled her curves with defying grace,

And though, the sun shined at her,

It brightened somebody else’s face…

She flirted with the bees…

And their courtships, were quite a lure.

My insecure heart, fell a victim

To the fun of their youth, sweet and pure.

I knew now why it hurt my father

When I plucked the roses from his garden.

When it’s your hands that give way to life…

There’s a bond that is divine and ardent.

Well, now I had a truth to face …

That beauty is transient, it has to wither.

It was time and she had to leave…

Only memories soft and sweet would linger…

As she prepared to leave this ethereal world,

I had to turn my eyes away…

But lo! Behold! She had left a gift…

Another bud was on her way!!

Thy name is human

Preparations finally over

The journey about to start

Given a half filled bottle of love

In the lone traveler’s heart

Marooned in a strange land

Memory wiped clean

Stood the confused traveler

The journey now begins!

It became stronger by days,

The dull craving in his heart

The urge to have his bottle filled

He began his quest for love

 He met some fellow travelers

A secret they told him

“Spread the love you have with you

You’ll realize your dream”

But the traveler still unsure

He kept his bottle closed

Afraid that he might run out of love

Chose not to take the path showed

With time passing by

He traveled far and wide

Seeking love and care

But clutching the bottle tight

Time flew by

The final moment arrived

The traveler now opened his bottle

And lo! it had dried

There was no love in his heart

Not a speck of it

He had lost it all...oh! the despair

Just running after it…
